This hardy whole grain sourdough uses 70% whole spelt flour (ancient ancestor to wheat) and 30% whole wheat flour along with flax and sesame seed to create a flavorful and filling toast, grill cheese or simple slice of bread!
To ensure freshness we will ship breads up to one day after the day they are baked. Please refer to the bakehouse schedule for accuracies.
